1、在中性pH值的低泡沫加酶清洁剂中浸泡穿刺架至少五分钟；
2、浸泡时，用器械刷子刷掉表面和部件里残留的污染物。如果可见污染物不易去除，重复浸泡程序；
3、从清洗液中取出穿刺架，用于抹布擦掉所有残留物；
4、可用蒸汽（高压灭菌器）在132-138℃的温度下持续15至30分钟，对穿刺架进行消毒或灭菌；
